Welcome to Rishish.com. By using our website and photography services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

📸 Photography Services:

• All bookings require an advance payment as per the chosen package.
• Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeline post-shoot.
• RAW images will be provided only if included in the package.

💳 Payment Terms:

• Booking fees are non-transferable.
• Full payment must be completed before the final images are delivered.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the shoot.
• 50% refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before the shoot but before the shoot day.
• No refund for cancellations on or after the scheduled shoot day.

⚖️ Copyright & Usage Rights:

• All photographs taken during any photoshoot remain the exclusive property of Rishish.com.
• Clients receive personal usage rights for their images. This allows sharing on social media and printing for personal use.
• Commercial use, resale, or reproduction of any images without prior written consent from Rishish.com is strictly prohibited.
• No image may be copied, altered, distributed, or published (digitally or physically) without explicit permission.
• Rishish.com reserves the right to use any photographs for promotional purposes, including website content, social media, and advertising, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
• Unauthorized use of images may lead to legal action.
